These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Heart Rate app and related features. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
By using Heart Rate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app may present heart rate, HRV, recovery, stress, sleep, or body-state insights, but these outputs are informational only. If you have symptoms such as chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, persistent palpitations, or any medical emergency, seek immediate professional care.
You may use the app only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s platform rules.
You do not receive ownership of the app or any intellectual property rights except the limited right to use the app under these Terms.
You agree not to rely on the app as your sole basis for medical, legal, safety, employment, insurance, or emergency decisions.
Paid subscriptions, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are generally processed through Apple under Apple’s billing rules.
If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it will renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple account settings before the renewal date.
Pricing, trial offers, introductory offers, feature availability, and subscription packaging may change over time. The terms shown in the purchase flow at the time of purchase control that transaction.
If available, you may use the app’s restore function to request restoration of eligible purchases associated with the applicable Apple account.
We do not directly store your full payment card details for App Store subscription purchases.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, comments, or other materials through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the app, without compensation to you, unless prohibited by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Certain features require permissions, such as camera access, Apple Health access, and optional notifications. If you decline those permissions, related features may be unavailable or limited.
The app may rely on Apple, Adapty, Firebase, Adjust, OneSignal, Google Mobile Ads, and other third-party providers for subscriptions, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, attribution, or advertising. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party products, services, websites, billing systems, or privacy practices that are outside our control.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, content, subscription offer, integration, or part of the app at any time, with or without notice, to the extent allowed by law.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, or compatible with every device, operating system version, or region.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that measurements, insights, educational content, premium recommendations, or trends will be error-free, clinically accurate, or suitable for your specific personal, athletic, or medical circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the app.
Where the law does not allow a full exclusion of liability, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app or certain features if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service, or where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
You may stop using the app at any time by removing it from your device. Subscription cancellation must still be handled through Apple if you have an active subscription.
